The Oxford Street LUSH Store Experience

If you follow me on Instagram or on Snapchat (@lailaz) then you’ll know that I was recently in London, and actually I find myself quite often in London. Contrary to most other tourists, my favorite place in London is actually a shop. Whenever I am in London, I absolutely must visit the Oxford Street LUSH store as it is my favorite shop in London. There are so many reasons why I love this particular LUSH location, and as I am sure to visit it every time I am in London, I thought I would share a bit about it today on the blog.

It’s crazy to think that just 3 years ago, I had never actually tried any LUSH bath bombs or bubble bars. That was simply because I didn’t have a bathtub in my university dorm, but as soon as I moved into my own apartment and happily realized that I would now have a bathtub at my disposal, there was no turning back. Since then, I have been a big lover and hoarder of LUSH bath bombs and bubble bars, as well as many of their other fantastic products.

When the Oxford Street LUSH store opening in 2015, I knew I had to visit it the next time I was in London. Luckily for me, I now find myself there every couple of months, and each time, I find myself with a suitcase full of at least a couple new LUSH goodies.

HUGE Space

If you are a LUSH fanatic like myself, I highly recommend you check out the Oxford Street location. The space itself is huge, meaning that you can browse all their colorful products without bumping into too many people, even though the shop is always buzzing! They have numerous displays set up so if one corner is particularly crowded, you’re sure to find the same products on a different display elsewhere in the shop.

Three Floors of LUSH Goodies

The store itself is three floors. On the ground floor, you will find all their shower and body products, with their hair care, fresh face masks, and solid bar soaps on this level. There is also a large sink right at the entrance which lets you test out any bath bombs or bubble bars so you can see what effect it will have before buying it.

Head Upstairs to Bath Heaven

If you head upstairs, you will be in bath heaven. While the ground floor does hold some bath goodies, be sure to go to the upper level if you want to see their full range of bath bombs and bubble bars. Upstairs they also have a cluster of sinks which you can fill up and test out any of the products. Truly, you will be overwhelmed with the number of bombs and bars you will find beautifully stacked all around, as if they were produce in a grocery store.

Oxford Street LUSH Exclusive Products

Another reason I love this location is because they have shop-exclusive products. You can find all of these also on the upper level. These products are exclusive to the Oxford Street LUSH, meaning that you cannot find them in any other LUSH stores, or even online.

LUSH Spa

Lastly, there is also a LUSH Spa on the lower level. I have not yet had the opportunity to try their spa, but it is definitely on my list of things to try the next time I’m there. As with all LUSH stores, the Oxford Street employees are always very cheery and more than willing to help, whether you’re a LUSH lover like me, or a newbie.

If you are planning to visit London, I recommend you take a moment to check out the Oxford Street LUSH store as it is a colorful experience, and I dare you not to pick up anything while you’re there! Hopefully, now you can start to understand my obsession with the Oxford LUSH store, or if not, you just think I’m a crazed LUSH fan! Either way, you get the point! 😉 If you want to see what I picked up this last time I was there, check out the haul I did over on my YouTube channel!
