Here’s another archive post from my 2017 files from when I was still living in Switzerland. “From Here to Eternity” by OPI Infinite Shine is a great pink-coral combo. It’s bright enough for summertime but also just short of being too neon for the office (if that’s even a thing). “From Here to Eternity” by OPI Infinite Shine is also a decent formula. It’s not the most opaque so three coats are necessary for perfect coverage, but it isn’t streaky. So all in all it’s a winner for me. “From Here to Eternity” by OPI Infinite Shine is definitely a polish I come back to every year as soon as the weather starts to warm up.
These photos were taken at Lido Riva Caccia in Lugano, Switzerland. I highly recommend visiting this Lido if you ever visit Lugano and the weather is nice. It’s the perfect spot for swimming or a drink with an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Instagram keeps telling me that my followers don’t like these posts because they get significantly fewer likes than all my other posts. But I will continue to post them because I enjoy photographing my nail polishes. It’s been a hobby of mine for almost 10 years now. I enjoy the process and the creative thought that goes into each post. So because I enjoy making this content I will continue to do so even if algorithms tell me otherwise. That’s just who I am. I also am trying to get through all the amazing photos I have from previous years so that I can get to more recent travels. That means a lot of nail polish posts as you may have noticed recently (see here and here).
