When I found out I was going to Hawaii during my winter vacation, I immediately knew I had the perfect polish to bring along. Just from its name, “Flip Flop Fantasy” by China Glaze automatically had a place in my suitcase. The fact that it’s a bright, neon pink only further convinced me it would be perfect on the beach in Hawaii. Keep reading to hear my honest thoughts on China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy.
“Flip Flop Fantasy” is the epitome of a hot pink polish. The shade actually borders between neon pink and neon orange, but skews on the pink side. This is one of the few neon polishes in my collection so I don’t have a lot of experience with neon formulas. I think “Flip Flop Fantasy” is quite opaque for a neon nail polish. Two coats of this polish would suffice with even application of each layer, but I wanted to make sure the color really stood out without any streaks so I opted for three coats. As always, I finished my manicure with Seche Vite Fast Drying Top Coat.
